Team Member LifeResources
|Team Member Life Resources (TMLR)|
You and your family members can get free confidential counseling, support and information through TMLR 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Five free counseling sessions, per issue, per year, are available. TMLR also provides resources for a wide variety of topics including, substance abuse, child and eldercare, legal concerns, financial stress and work/life balance.

If eligible, Target will help pay for job-related courses at an accredited technical school, college or university. The annual maximum reimbursement amount is determined by the type of course in which you are enrolled.
When getting a traditional high school diploma is not possible, the General Educational Development (GED) is offered as an equivalent to a high school diploma. Target's GED Reimbursement program can help pay for costs associated with getting a GED.
|Student Loan Refinancing|
Refinancing student loans can potentially save money on total interest, shorten the loan term, and simplify the monthly bill through consolidation. Target has partnered with Target Credit Union to offer great rates. Target Credit Union offers an easy online and mobile application. Numerous payment options are offered to allow the team member to optimize the monthly payment, lifetime cost, or payoff speed.

You, your spouse or domestic partner, and eligible dependents receive a 10 percent discount at all Target stores and Target.com.
| Team members save an additional 20 percent off fresh and frozen fruits and veggies and a selection of better-for-you food, athletic apparel and merchandise and tobacco cessation products at Target stores and target.com. This ongoing discount is automatically applied by scanning a Team Member Discount card at checkout. Savings are in addition to the 10 percent team member discount and 5 percent REDcard savings. |

Target has partnered with various nationwide fitness centers to offer you discounts on enrollment fees and monthly dues.
You and your spouse or domestic partner have access to a discounted rate to participate in Weight Watchers®. And, you are eligible to receive up to 50 percent reimbursement on Weight Watchers meetings or the online program.
|Wageworks® Commuter Benefit|
You can enroll in the Wageworks Commuter Benefit program to save money on commuting costs. The Wageworks Commuter Benefit program lets you pay for work-related commuting costs through before-tax payroll deductions. This program can be used for bus, light rail, regional rail, streetcar, trolley, subway or ferry, vanpool and parking at or near work or near public transportation for your commute.
|Auto & Home Insurance Discount|
You can receive group insurance rates from a variety of insurance companies through the Auto & Home Insurance benefit. Benefits of this program include up to 15 percent off at several of the nation's leading insurance companies.
The adoption/surrogacy assistance program provides eligible team members reimbursement for adoption/surrogacy fees, including application, filing, placement or agency costs as well as court costs, immigration and translation fees, attorney fees, transportation costs and surrogate parenting expenses.
|Back-up Care/Child Care Discounts|
Eligible team members have access to affordable back-up care solutions for in-center childcare or in-home child- and adult/eldercare. We work with nationwide child care centers to help you save on primary child care.

|Reduce or Quit Using Tobacco|
Target offers free access to the Pivot program for all team members and their dependents enrolled in a Target medical plan, ages 18+. The clinically-proven program can be tailored for all forms of tobacco use and includes the following features—a breath sensor, a mobile app with self-guided activities, personalized coaching, online community support, and free quit-smoking medications to help tobacco users reduce or quit.
